According to counsel for these two former head of Infinity Ward, Activision refuses to comply with the terms of the agreement and is intentionally making fun of public policy in California that dictates that employers must pay their employees what they have earned legitimately. Furthermore, says that instead of thanking, praising, or just pay for Jason and Vince for giving Activision the most successful entertainment product ever created, the company decided to hire lawyers to conduct an investigation for alleged ridiculous charges of insubordination and breach of his fiduciary duty, all to prepare his dismissal on Monday March first.

"After all that we've given Activision should not have to buy kinah." Said Vince Zampella. Only time will tell how it will end this matter, however, clouding the outlook continues and looking a bit difficult for the popular FPS series. Stay pending for more information.
