Mood: good
Saturday workout at the same old place. Walk-jog to the track. 500meters one lap. I found it was easier to have someone to lead you when you run. That's why big race has pacers. 6 laps on the track and 1.5k street walk and run. My body is getting used to the running routine, it's good. I start to feel less hardship as I run the same mile when I started. And I have the strong wish to do the extra mile before closing the day's workout. But I don't want to overdo it. The rule is start slow, build the mileage.
Unfortunately, the guy I followed falled on his chest
as he tried to avoid the couple taking walk. The track was quite narrow. Poor guy, so embarressing. I lost my pacer today and be the lonely runner, because no one ran faster than me.
