This is a screenplay idea I have been working on.. It's a romantic save the world story which is what I love.. If anyone would like to make this movie that is fantastic, I bet it would do very well.. I see it as some kind of Spielberg inspired sci-fi type flick, with possibly a fair few sequels.. Enjoy!Starts with a bunch of archaeologists venturing through dusty cave way, newly opened by excavation etc...

• As tunnel opens up to a chamber light clears through the dust to reveal ancient text on a wall in an unknown language…
• Archaeologists spend short (?) time racking their brains to figure out text then finally interpret it.
• Text describes a prophesy about the birth of a 'prince and princess', who have a code in their eyes, are special beings bearing extraterrestrial powers, are from another planet etc etc and have important connection with extra-terrestrials.
• Prophesy states that when they find each other they will save the world from doom to begin a utopia on earth, one thousand years of peace… etc. very important … sends archaeologists buzzing…etc.
• Back in civilisation begins to describe the lives of these two unbeknwonst to them – ‘saviours’….

• The ‘prince’ is arabic, greek, indian or middle eastern or other (?) decent.. Is very typical /traditional prince born into a royal family, very wealthy but extremely disciplined and not spoilt, dignified, tall, dark and handsome ra ra .. (Keanu Reeves ?) has completed military training, speaks languages, is an artist (muso) and an acomplished fighter in all forms of combat..
• The prince’s family have been using astrology and clairvoyants to try to find the other ‘chosen one’ since the prince was born.. There is about 4-5 years difference between them, he is the older.
• The family's hopes had been nearly dashed when a rival family, also aware of the prophesy and also using astrology and clairvoyants try to predict the exact time of her birth, where and when etc.
• Then, thinking they have it right, they send assasins to kill the 'princess'.
• Their aim is to disrupt the union of the two, prevent the fulfilment of the prophesy so that they can control the world and have ultimate power etc. have control of all the world and its people, resources and money and then carry out some kind of sick ethnic cleansing of the planet.
• Since the rivals think they have killed the princess, they celebrate and give up on their chase..

• While his family have all but given up on the prophesy, the prince believes she may be still alive and that he can find her and sets off by himself …He decides to go live in a western country .
• His family are against the idea but allow him to go just to cheer him up. He goes to America or the UK – actually meant to be Australia but since things like that never happen here, it has to be America..
• The princess, unbeknowst to her is an intelligent airhead. She is a mis-understood artist with an addiction to sports and chocolate.. Still a respectable middle-class woman, she has a difficult family but doting grandparents and a fierce fighting spirit, with the ability to argue anyone under the table on nearly any topic. She is charming and funny but bored with her life and miserable about having passion to help save everything and everyone on the planet but cant make enough money to live. She has several close friends but is really, emotionally independent. She has no idea she is part of a prophesy. The closest she gets is having had pre-cognitive dreams when she was young.

• The prince gets a job in the same town as the princess. He works as an optometrist or similar occupation and likes helping people with their eyes, testing their vision, making glasses etc etc.. While he is working, testing people’s eyes, he is secretly looking for the princess… scanning every retina for her special cofiguration.. his true identity is completely unknown. Outside of work he plays in a band, rides motorbikes ?, writes about politics ? and plays sports etc. trains in combat...  he also helps at art gallery's and charities or etc…most people just think he is a fairly uninteresting immigrant.

• He is very focussed on his mission, set on finding the princess since he is convinced she is alive….He keeps a private journal about his mission and sends messages from time to time back to his family. After a while and a couple of false leads, he finally finds her.
• It is a chance meeting when she turns up and auditions for a vocalist position with his band. He is immediately infatuated by her voice, her personality, and her eyes, he knows it is her.
• So sure of it, he sends a message to his family and starts to secretly follow her everywhere. When he cant follow her, he sends a personal guard to keep an eye on her. He asks her out at every opportunity, they become good friends, work on their music together and finally have a romance.
• He is shocked and surprised when he finds out that she is poor, fiesty and highly independent but decides.. more beautiful than he could have imagined.. they fall totally in love..
• Finally, he tells her about the prophesy and the great danger they are in and explains that she must go with him back to his home where his family will protect them...She is terrified and runs for her life from him….
• She dives into a taxi and heads off across town, he dives into the one behind it and chases after her. When she gets out of the taxi she sees him following and runs up the street. He jumps out of his taxi and runs after her.. finally he catches up and grabs her and declares it is true !!!.. he raves on with some love-sick jibber and then says he couldn’t live without her anyway..
• He shows her his real passport or something to prove he is really who he says he is.. she realises it might just be true and suddenly becomes a serene 'princess' .. she smiles and says to him ‘my friends are going to be sooo jealous!!’.. ha ha!

• The message the prince had sent to his family is intercepted by the rival family and when they find out the princess is still alive and with the prince in America, they go totally biserk !!
• They jump into action determined to try to kill the couple. A chase around the globe ensues as the couple try to return to the prince’s homeland and avoid being murdered by the rivals… lots of disguises, avoiding being bombed and shot at perhaps.. ( 007 meets the fifth element ).

• Finally the couple make it back and are taken to the high priest for ceremonies and activation of their extra-terrestrial information.
• With them standing in the exact position in the temple at precisely the right moment, holding hands and smiling sweetly, the moonlight streams in through a huge crystal oval and into their faces.
• Reflected out from their eyes a series of messages in extra-terrestrial hiroglyphics is beamed out onto a wall and recorded.
• Secret formulas, physics and engineering equations, astrological configurations, planets, suns, animals, languages and all manner of information comes pouring out.
• The two are releasing the data but also learning it..
• After the ceremony everyone celebrates, there is relative calm for a day or so and then the rivals show up.

• The attack the rivals begin is so fierce that it has synchronised people all over the world to turn on each other.
• People in the cult are 'turned on' after hearing a certain word or song or etc.
• Everyday people and situations go wild.
• The people programmed by the cult are ‘activated’ to kill and destroy everything and everyone in sight and start attacking people all over the place.
• On every street in every city in the world, the cult activated people stop there cars and start attacking people.

• Unprepared for such an attack the Prince’s family muster their armies and notify all the worlds governments of the prophesy (?).
• The couple conduct a mini mind meditation ceremony thing and send out empowerment to all the people of the world to help them survive and defend themselves in the battle.
