If you wake up all stiff in the morning, try sleeping in a sleeping bag at night.

This discovery was made by a young boy who had been suffering from juvenile rheumatoid arthritis. He noticed after he camped out with the Boy Scouts that he did not experience the usual morning stiffness and pain.

He told his grandmother and she tried it, she has osteoarthritis, and the next morning she felt like a new person.

Why does it work? The sleeping bag keeps the body snuggly and uniformly warm during the night, much more effectively than an electric blanket.
