<title>cool old pics</title>
<description>

&amp;nbsp;

There are a few cool old pics from the Chicago Auto Show on Flickr . The car above is Chrysler’s Concept 70X with parallelogram doors. You can see a bunch more vintage show pics at the Chicago Auto Show site (unfortunately they are a lot smaller).

<title>Tomahawk concept</title>
<description>

&amp;nbsp;

Once, when I was trying to explain how fast my Suzuki TL1000R
was, one of my buddies quipped, &amp;quot;Oh, the big engine with wheels? It&amp;#39;s
fast huh? Imagine that.&amp;quot; Well, if there was ever a vehicle which
deserves to be called a big engine with wheels, it&amp;#39;s the Dodge Tomahawk
concept.

<title>Rumor Mill</title>
<description>

Fortune has a nice little article summing up some of the rumors that
have been swirling around Chrysler of late. &amp;quot;One major reason for all
the gossip is that, as a private company, Chrysler now operates with a
far lower public profile than it used to. Outsiders eagerly pounce on
every piece of news that dribbles out.&amp;quot; Rumors include everything from
predictions of impending doom for Chrysler stock, to the possibility of
Ford merging with Chrysler, keeping the Jeep brand and some of the
minivans, and then ditching everything else. Me? I&amp;#39;m predicting
Chrysler will sell every Challenger they can build in 2008.

<title>600 Chrysler LXs</title>
<description>

California proved that tuner cars need not always be imports when the Southern California LX Forum hosted their third annual Spring Fling. I read a story over on Automotive Traveler
about the meet, which was attended by more than 600 Chrysler LXs
(Chrysler 300C, Dodge Magnum and Charger), and where Dodge execs from
Auburn Hills premiered the first production-spec 2008 Challenger while
blues rocker Kenny Wayne Shepard took the wraps off of his latest
Mopar, a bitchin&amp;#39; pro-street &amp;#39;72 Charger powered by a new-gen 6.1-liter
SRT8 Hemi V8.

Read all about it here .

<title>well-behaved</title>
<description>

&amp;nbsp;

Normally british classics like MG, Triumph or Healey are too
well-behaved to break ranks. But there are some guys who turn british
understatement upside down by swapping, for example, a Pontiac V8 into
a &amp;#39;69 TR6. Or a Buick V8 in a &amp;#39;74 Lotus Elise. So, if your heart beats
for orginal matching numbers cars, don&amp;#39;t go to www.britishv8.org !

<title>RWD xB</title>
<description>
&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;

I saw this badass Scion in the March issue of Hot Rod and got in
touch with Rick, the owner, HAHAHA! who kindly built a ride page for it on web. Yep, it&amp;#39;s a RWD xB with a stroked 350 putting out 400 hp. Other
than the Weld Draglites (which look killer on this car IMO) it&amp;#39;s a
total sleeper.

<title>one step closer</title>
<description>
&amp;nbsp;

&amp;nbsp;

Scion just release this teaser image of their Hako concept, which will
be unveiled at the New York Auto Show later this month. It will mostly
take the Fuse concept one step closer to production, and could very well be the replacement for the tC coupe.

<title>Hako Concept Coupe</title>
<description>

Developed by the Tokyo Design Devision, the Hako Concept Coupe is like
a hot rodder&amp;#39;s dream of the xB. It looks hot in orange, too. Let&amp;#39;s hope
they end up making something like it.

<title>New York Scion</title>
<description>

&amp;nbsp;

Scion always has great displays, and their New York spread is no
exception. And I was glad to see that they had already rolled out the
Hako concept front and center..

Oh, and I see there is a lot of hate on the Hako concept. I agree that the windshield is a bit absurd, but it is a pretty cool little car.

<title>Why i should buy this car?</title>
<description>

I&amp;#39;ve always wanted a Hummer but have thus far been put off by my
lack of practicality. I want a pickup bed, but not a pickup.I find
tribal tattoos strangely appealing.

<title>Audi Abt AS4</title>
<description>

Abt Sportsline, car tuner from Germany, has released the Audi
Abt AS4 which is based on the Audi A4. At the exterior, the AS4 is
fitted with front skirt, side skirts, 4-pipe rear muffler, rear skirt
and rear spoiler.

The Abt Sportsline AS4 is powered by the new 1.8 TFSI which produces
200 bhp instead of 160 bhp from the stock. The power could be further
increase to 240 bhp with the installation of Abt Power S. This made
possible with the help of a turbocharger instead of the serial charger.

<title>Gymkhana USA - Cone-Ventional Wisdom</title>
<description>
Scene: Gymkhana Usa; El Toro Air Force Base, Irvine, Ca

writer: James K Anna
photographer: James K Anna

The list of watershed events in this scene is short but sweet-the
first import drag race; the first Hot Import Nights; the first US D1;
and most importantly, the eruption of Nads&amp;#39; first moob (the left one in
case you were wondering). Will the inaugural Gymkhana USA event join
this hallowed list or will it be cast asunder in the annals of history
much like the dropping of Nads&amp;#39; right tittie? In other words, will
gymkhana be the next big thing, or just the next thing?

For those of you without the proclivity for obscure YouTubage,
gymkhana is essentially autocross on steroids. At first glance, a
gymkhana and an autocross course may look identical, with cones strewn
about a parking lot or other such paved area. However, the gymkhana
course kicks things up a notch with even tighter turns sometimes
requiring competitors to complete figure eights, slide...</description>

The 2008 Aussie Racing Cars Series will once again thrill crowds right across Australia with the release of the 2008 calendar.

telecasts.

Foxtel will continue to broadcast
Aussie racing Cars in 2008 with shows being repeated more often to take
the high speed action to more viewers.

Another unique and exciting addition the arrangement with Civic Video
which will see each round included as part of their monthly new release
