The artist who made an inflatable artwork in which two people died was yesterday charged with manslaughter.
Maurice Agis, 76, is also accused of gross negligence following the tragedy in July 2006.
Police said the charges followed a "lengthy" probe by them and the Health and Safety Executive.
Mum-of-two Claire Furmedge, 38, and Elizabeth Collings, 68, were killed when the bouncy castle-style structure soared 150ft in the air in high winds at a park in Chesterle-Street, Co Durham.
Thirteen people were seriously injured including Rosie Wright, then three.
Yesterday her dad Lee Wright, 35, said: "I'm pleased someone is going to be held responsible.
"I've always said someone was to blame and that this just couldn't be called an accident."
Mr Agis, of Bow, East London, who was arrested in November 2006, will appear before Peterlee magistrates on February 26.

This weekend we kept our niece and nephew. We keep them once a month Saturday afternoon through Sunday evening. I always have my little sister Tori (she's 9) come over when they come over too. She loves playing with Breah and Colton and it gives us one weekend each month to plan to have a kid friendly, fun, and busy weekend! Brandon and I both went on long runs Saturday morning, Brandon 12 MILES!! and me 8!! It was fun but we were both extremely sore and we still had a full weekend ahead of us. Note to self -- if and when we have 4 kids Brandon is not allowed run 12 miles -- EVER unless the kids are at the grandparents for the week. I need him fully functioning with me and the kids!!! I don't know how single parents do it! Brandon did help some over the weekend but it wasn't easy for him and he was pretty much down for the count! Don't worry though, the fun wasn't lacking!

We had spinach ravioli (breah calls it rav-Igh-oughly) for dinner and all the kids liked it. I am sure it helps to have spinach mixed with cheese disguised in a shell with marinara sauce on top!! Later that night, Brandon went to the Mens banquet at church and myself and my Dad took the kids to Steve's Fantastic Fun Zone. It is this big factory full of inflatables. They probably had about 10 inflatables. It was only $6 each for Tori and Breah. My Dad, Colton, and myself did not have to pay. In Breah's words "This is the most funnest jumpin place I ever been to!" Hey $6 was worth it to hear that right?? We headed home for bath time and bed time which went well and I think I have Steve at the fun zone to thank for that! I then proceeded to clean up after everyone again (noticing a pattern?) and waited for Brandon to get home and we went to bed. I hopped in bed and got on the laptop to find that our friends Jim and Lauren were the ones who recvd the referral of a 4 1/2 month old little boy at our agency last week. How exciting!!!! We are so happy for them and little River.

After church we went to Chef Wangs (Breah's favorite Chinese restaurant ..mine too) for lunch. We then went home and EVERYONE had rest time this time. The girls were allowed to watch a movie or read books in their bed if they didn't want to sleep. I think everyone but Breah slept. We were so sleepy. Breah played some outside with our new bubble blowing hippo from Kohls (on sale too) and sidewalk chalk while I cleaned a little more. We had Clay and Hannah over for a little Birthday Bingo, Pizza, and Cupcakes! Needless to say, we stayed busy but had so much fun this weekend. Here are a "few" pictures...
