Acts of our lives

By the choices and acts of our lives, we create the person that we are and the faces that we wear. By the choices and acts of our lives we give to the world wherein our lives are lived, hoping that our neighbors will find our contributions to be of worth, and hoping that the world will be a little more gracious for our time in it.

Does the boss exist?

Even if the concept of scientific proof were not problematic, the fact that there is no conclusive scientific proof of the existence, or non-existence, of God mainly demonstrates that the existence of God is not a normal scientific question. John Polkinghorne suggests that the nearest analogy to the existence of God in Physics are the ideas of Quantum Mechanics which are paradoxical but make sense of a great deal of disparate data. However you cannot do experiments on God, and (if God exists) God created the laws of Physics and is not necessarily bound by them, so it will inevitably be more difficult to reason reliably about God. However, causality is a function of time. If god is not bound by time, then there cannot be causality.
