Established in 1998, China Xiaowei Bearing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in manufacturing many kinds of bearings. We mainly produce more than 300 varieties, such as ball bearing, linear bearing, ceramic bearing, roller bearing, sleeve bearing, needle bearing, slewing bearing, pillow block bearing, deep groove ball bearing and so on.
We have introduced in world-class automatic and continuous heat-treatment machines, over 40 production lines of CNC intellectual digitally controlled bearing grinding machines, automatic ball bearing groove super-finishing machines and automatic finishing instruments. Such equipment ensures that every process, from placing of material to heat treatment, from grinding to assembly, from cleansing to oil sealing, and from vibration testing to packaging, is all perfectly performed. Meanwhile, high precision testing apparatus including automatic assembly measuring instruments and low noise bearing noise testing instruments have also been introduced to guarantee that every finished product's quality meets the standard of zero defects.
