IZON BACK TO JAIL
Cynthia Izon was imprisoned in 2002 for stealing the funds of Oklahoma Barbie doll club, which were granted for the benefit of Akdar Shrine. She was sentenced for a 40 year imprisonment. She was now
released from her prison sentence. She is now wanted by Rogers County.
Steidley's decision to suspend the balance of her sentence was agreed by the
Oklahoma court of Criminal appeals. The modification took for a period of an
year .The new arrest warrant which was issued on Jan16, contains the original
charges of her robbery. Izon was granted the judicial review after a long time.
The court gave its decision that, the 40 year
sentence was quite a long period for the case of embezzlement. So, the sentence
has been modified to 10 years, along with 81,000 $ restitution and
500$ fine.
