Indestructible Hunger: A poem just for you

I wrote a poem just for you Jacquie, let me know your opinion  -Monaz Haque
Indestructible Hunger

I need to kiss, to live
I need to love, to know
I need to feel, to test
I need her, I want her
I will never guess her
I must give her up !

To live, to know, to test,
The freedom, the grace, the life
How hard it is to deny !
Necessity anger of thirst
One that will kill me, if not quench.
God give me the strength to resist,
To remember at to my inside, 
I love her, therefore I can not help her

    Dear Sir,
    After 1972 many of the local people started to establish Small & Medium Size Industries by investing family & own cash money , properties & other resources.
    And from 1978 Government also started helping these Industries under Private Sector by supplying. Industrial Loan for rapid Industrialization and to provide job for million of un-employed people, and to advance the technological capabilities of the country with the help of Aid and Grants received from different International Agencies, Donor or International Community.

    Responsibilility for distribution of Industrial Loan were given to the Government Nationalized Bank.
    Nationalized Bank Official instead of helping started harassing the owner and to resist by creating bottleneck in possible way to destroy these Industries.,Due to these most of these Industries collapsed or became in-operative due to intentional negligence, non co-operation. malpractices, irregularities, and violation of contract by the personal of Nationalized Govt. Bank.
    These Industries are commonly known as DISTRESSED OR SICK INDIUSTRIES, were identified and registered in 1992 and 1996 by the Government of Bangladesh . not as Defaulter .
    Due to the above reasons Owners of such Industries lost all their own investment, properties and worth including bank loan and now going to be street beggar with their family member .for the fault of the Bank Officials and due to absence of Rules, Regulation, Act or law supporting Industries under Private Sector till date are also responsible for present unfortunate situation.
    In 1997 the BANKRUPCY ACT were enacted and in 2003 “ ARTHA RIN ADALAT ACT”were amended allowing the Bank Official monopoly power to get a decree from the court for selling or occupying properties of the owner,closing the door of fair judgment in the court or fair trial by the court and also to send the owner to JAIL,
    But no provisions exist yet for accountibility of Bank Official for their willful negligence , non co-operation , irregularities, malpractices ,even for destroying or damaging thousands and hundreds of the Industrial Project under Private Sector.
    And also for ruination the life and working capabilities of the Owner of the small and medium sized industries under Private Sector since the beginning. .
    During proceeding of suit , owner of Sick or Distress Industries of any Small / Medium Size Industries can not defend themselves before the court or to prove violation of contract due to willful negligence , irregularities , non co-operation or malefied activities of the Government Banks Officials or to get any order for compensation or punishment of Bank Officials both in BANKRUPCY ACT and ARTHA RIN ADALAT ACT :
    The door of Court / Judiciary for the owner of Sick / Distressed Industries under private sector have been totally closed forcing them to became victims of such oppressive laws .
    Judges of Artha Rin Court are also helpless due to the following sections such as 12, 18 (1) , 18 (2), 20, 19(1) , 19(2) , 19 (3), 19 (4 ), 19 (5) , 19 ( 6 ) , 20 , 34 , 41. 42, 44 (2) and 50 of ARTHA RIN ADALAT ACT amended on 2003.
    And also more worst are with different section of Bankruptcy Act of 1997.
    In fact the owner of such Industries facing oppression due to these one way law ,which are not only VIOLATION OF HUMAN RIGHT and FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT.
    And this has already encouraged large scale malpractices, irregularities and malefied activities by banks officials under the shelter of the laws creating bad example of exploitation by the Government Department against private sector of Bangladesh.
    THE OWNER OF THESE INDUSTRIES now have no way but to approach International Community including your organization with an appeal to come forward urgently to save & protect them from violation of HUMAN RIGHT as well to ensure equal right of justice by removing the above mentioned laws. & also to take steps for circulation of this appeal through the press, news paper and electronic media of your territory to infrm l other International Community./ Organization.
