I have decided to go for Canon, but I am still undecided which one of Canon cameras to pick.
I have only seen Canon Powershot SD1100, and the camera seems good to me enough but I need to see more recommended good cameras.both sharks and lions are part of nature but the best camera for taking pics of those animals is waaayyyyy different.

I would reccomend the SD 1200 IS, just because it looks better to me.
All are good cameras you have to decide which one you like in your hands best and which one has the color and all the things you would like.

Do you know why you want 10 megapixels or more? I doubt it! Don't get hung up on more megapixels the better.
I suggest a camera that happens to be 10 megapixels.
Canon A1000 IS. Very good image quality. 4X optical zoom, 10 MP. Has image stabilizer for shaky hands, and is very good on batteries.
For a beginner I doubt you want to spend $300 to $450.
As the answerer after me suggested the Canon SD1200--That's another very good choice.

There are many good choices. There's a pro photographer (Ken Rockwell) who owns a lot of high-end gear, but he really praises the modestly priced Nikon D40.
You may download this DVD burning software for a try, I always use it to convert and burn AVI video to DVD to play on my home DVD player, my friends recommend it to me, it's safe and works pretty well for me. And here is a step by step guide about how to download and use it
