Seagate FreeAgent Theater Portable HD with MPEG support
Content: If you're like me, nothing to see and enjoy your photos and videos and listen to your favorite songs on the "big screen", or simply on your TV, the Seagate FreeAgent HD Theater is definitely worth the investment.
This multimedia player lets you upload files to a portable external hard drive via your PC, then drag an external hard drive in the media Seagate
player to display on your TV. It also lets you transfer photos directly from a digital camera. It's really as simple as connecting a DVD or Blu-ray player for your TV.
I invited some family members to see the photos and videos of the latest features of the family who were sitting on a hard drive for an extended period. I've always been too lazy to transfer them from the computer until I could look this cool. It's really amazing how different people, it shows pictures and videos on TV, as opposed to the computer, especially when family members are viewing your great memories. The supplied remote is a real help as it allowed me to easily navigate and play through my files. I was a little disappointed by the fact, there is no HDMI output, and consideration of this background is the standard for viewing high-end audio and video connection.
The Seagate Theater supports a variety of different file types, including MPEG-1, MPEG-2 (AVI / VOB / ISO / MKV), MPEG-4 (AVI / DivX / Xvid), Dolby digital 5.1 surround, MP3, WMA, WAV, OGG and JPEG. The FreeAgent Theater can be purchased either as a player with remote at a MSRP of $ 129.99, or with the choice of either 250GB (capacity, I used for this study) or capacity of 500 GB FreeAgent Go Drive. MSRP for both the capacity of 250 GB and 500 GB drives are $ 229.99 and $ 299.99 respectively.
