How to send a 703mb AVI video file through Outllok 2003?

Outlook can support it, but your ISP can't. If everyone sent e-mails that size the internets would be slower than US mail. The best thing to do if you want to share big files is use a free online storage account. Most give you about 5gb for free. Just make the free account, download the interface, and give your account info to whoever you want to share it with. For example, you and several friends/family members can have online folders labeled "Pictures", "Software", "Videos", etc. and drop the appropriate files in them so anyone with the correct login can get what they need whenever they want.
Here are two options.

I like drop box because it makes a normal looking folder that you can drop files into like a regular folder and they upload while you do other stuff. Whoever else has drop box with the account info will also have this folder and can access whatever you put in that folder after it's done uploading. Much easier!
Aimersoft DVD Creator is a good choice. It converts popular video formats such as AVI, MPEG, WMV, DivX, DV, VOB to DVD and burn DVD movie played on portable or home DVD player. Any video to to VCD/DVD/SVCD is even faster than real-time.
