PAT ROBERTSON IS NOT A CHRISTIAN
Anyone who supports the 700 club or Pat Robertson is no Christian. Pat Robertson is not a Christian.
Robertson once again speaks more like the devil than a follower of Jesus. This time , Robertson stated that Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's stroke was divine punishment for withdrawing from the Gaza Strip. Robertson supports no peaceful solution to the Palestian problem. This is not unusual for Robertson who has always condoned violence, hatred and murder.
In the past, Robertson stated, "If he thinks we're trying to assassinate him (Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez), I think that we really ought to go ahead and do it. It's a whole lot cheaper than starting a war" (August 2005). Robertson is well-known for hatred, violence, and immorality. In October 2003, he exclaimed, "Maybe we need a very small nuke thrown off on Foggy Bottom (State Department) to shake things up."
The definition of a Christian is as follows: “One who believes, or professes to believe in Jesus Christ, and the truth as taught by Him; especially, one who’s inward and outward life is conformed to the doctrines of Christ.” The disciples were called Christians first in Antioch (Acts 11:26).
Jesus said to his followers to enlist disciples by teaching them to follow what he had commanded. Jesus informed them to do this before his crucifixion. Consequently, a follower of Jesus {Christian) only involved abiding by Jesus’ teachings, and it did not involve an elaborate set of rituals or acceptance of an atoning sacrifice because Jesus never taught such a principle. Jesus’ teachings involved two commandments: “LOVE GOD, AND LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.” Jesus stated that this was the whole of God’s commands.
Unlike Jesus who never called for the assasination of any Roman leader nor violence and/or murder for any reason, Robertson is more kin to the Devil and his violent and murderous ways.
