OBAMA, MR CONTROVERSY
Barack Obama stated on 11/09/07, "I want to campaign the same way I govern, which is to respond directly and forcefully with the truth." Then why hasn’t Obama been honest with the American electorate?
Obama’s most trusted advisor and minister has preached many anti-American sermons, yet Obama states that he was unaware of these even though sources state he was present at the sermons. In a sermon after the 9/11terrorist, Wright implied that America deserved the attacks. In another, Wright proclaimed, "The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law and then wants us to sing 'God Bless America.' No, no, no, God d--- America….”
Next, Obama’s top, economic policy advisor met with a Canadian embassy official and informed him that Obama is not for opting out of NAFTA as he has been stating throughout America: "…when Senator Obama talks about opting out of the free trade deal, the Canadian government shouldn't worry. The operative said it was just campaign rhetoric not to be taken seriously."
One now must consider whether everything Obama is churning out is just campaign rhetoric to win votes or is it his true beliefs.
Controversy consistently engulfs the Obama campaign. Barack Obama’s wife, recently told a Milwaukee crowd, “For the first time in my adult lifetime, I am really proud of my country.” Was not the self-centered Mrs. Obama (who was an adult at the time) proud of her country when the Berlin Wall came tumbling down, when America and her allies won the First Gulf War, and finally when we all came together as one (I guess except for the Obamas) immediately in the aftermath of 9/11?
America is facing some serious problems, ranging from Bush’s Iraq war to an economic slow down to the largest deficit in history. Americans can little afford a possible president and first lady that are not honest with its people, pro-America, and does not take pride in its country.
