Description:

One should be well versed with ISO 9000, ISO 27000, ISO 27001 and should know how to conduct internal audits on various BPO processes.                                 This Quality vertical would be Quality Assurance where in a person would be conducting internal audits on KPO processes, implementing QMS, doing statistical analysis of data, implementing quality certifications, statistical process control.                                                                       Resource for various Quality standards certification activities.                                                             Generating Awareness through training sessions between employees.                                                                  Providing facilitation to assigned BPO Processes for Quality standard implementation.                        Performing Internal audits on assigned BPO processes to ensure a high class customer experience.                  Support & assist Manager - Quality in maintaining process compliance and change management.

Other Abilities:

1. Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
2. Proficiency in MS-office, MS Visio & Minitab.
3. Excellent verbal communication & documentation skills in English.
4. Excellent presentation skills and eye for details.
5. Ability to work during nights.
6. Organized and Methodical.
