Legacies

Little Stars began with a small bequest from the estate of a lost relative of the founders.  Without that money the Trust Fund would not have come into being.  In the two years of its existence it has grown enormously in its scope and in the number of people that it has been able to help.

We have been approached by supporters on several occasions recently asking for details of how they can make a bequest to Little Stars in a Will.  The main way of identifying Little Stars is by its unique Charity Commission Registration Number - 1120536.  All other details of the charity including its official address are given on the main website.  We would like to offer our sincere thanks to everyone who remembers the children of Egypt in this way.

If you once had a holiday in Egypt and were overwhelmed by the splendours of its past then please consider making a donation towards making life easier for Egypt's disadvantaged children when you make out your Will.

Alternatively, if you have been left a legacy then perhaps you would like to make a donation in memory of your own benefactor.  We are hoping to build a whole new medical and educational centre in Luxor and what better memorial could you wish for than to have a room in the centre named after them.

With you we can do so much

Without you we can do nothing.

 Thank You Josie

We would like to say thank you to one of our supporters Mrs Josie Skelton from Wales.  Josie is a very proficient knitter and has made several jumpers and beautiful shawls not only for the children of families she sponsors but for other families too.

We have taken some photos of the shawls and shall add them to our next newsletter.  The items will be taken to Luxor later this month and delivered to the families for whom they were intended.

Our list of sponsors is growing rapidly but we still have families that need sponsorship.  Please help if you can.

Thank you Josie.
