All Star Weekend
This whole weekend was dedicated to the NBA All-Star game and events.While most people were looking at the game and events that took place I was looking at the fashion.It may have been about the game for some but for others like myself it was also a fashion show.Here are some of the pictures from the parties and events:
Beyonce @ Jay-Z's All-Star party
She wore a beautiful but simple black dress.Although I love the dress,I'm not crazy about the purse long straps just don't do it for me.When it comes to dresses and shoes she is one of my favorite people,I always look to see what she is wearing. Beyonce takes risks and that's what fashion is all about...taking risks.
Tocarra Jones @ Michael Jordan's XX2 party
I love Tocarra!As a full figured woman she has talked about having a hard time finding clothes that fit her correctly,but she always seems to figure it out.This ensamble fits her perfectly it hits right above the knee and shows just enough leg,another important thing about what she is wearing is that there are no bulges anywhere.
Solange @ the Celebirty Pool Challange
Solange Knowles wore a simple black dress just like her sister but of course her was a mini as she so often wears now.I must say that Miss Knowles has come a long way from that youn seventeen year old girl with the honey blonde braids.

I know that all of these celebirties are on vacation so we can't expect them to always walk around looking glamorous,I'm not so sure that's eve possible.But never I repeat never should you wear a Velour sweat suit in Vegas and the tops it off with a wool hat,I just know that she is hot.It can't be too cold she is wearing the sweat suit with no shirt and showing off her mid section,come on now.

was performing.
I guess she finally realized that it was hot outside and stopped off at the hotel to change clothes.I wish she would have put on a dress that fit her at the top a little better.But all in all the dress is pretty.Now I am a purse fanatic but that bag reminds me of my momma's purse in the early 90's.
Mary J Blige and Melind Williams
There isn't really much I want to say about these two.The got it right,I love Melinda's top and jeans and I love how simple Mary's outfit it,a fitted dress and a leather jacket,simplicity at it's finest.

What can I say?I love the shirt and big belt look,it's a really good look light now, this also works with a dress and a big belt.
Kelly Rowland
I saved the best for last,Kelly Rowland looked beautiful in this all white pants suit everything about this is right from the hair,to the purse,all the way down to the shoes.
So there you have it NBA All-Star game 2007 fashion watch.Some hit it out of the park while others hit road blocks but I'm pretty sure they will make up for it next Sunday during the oscars.
