Manage teams with focus on SLA’s.

Work Planning & budgeting for IT Infrastructure services.

8+ years of IT experience with at least 3 years experience in managing 24x 7 high availability production environments.

Significant experience (2-3 + years) leading, managing, recruiting, retaining and developing technical operations teams.

Strong level of technical expertise in systems architecture, system administration and troubleshooting in Unix environment.

In depth knowledge of service management processes/tools and strong track record in process improvement

Ability to work across teams to solve difficult and complex operational problems.

Exposure to ITIL processes and SAS70 audits.

Strong Project management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Vendor management and planning/ budgeting skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Math or Engineering
