Candidate should have good exposure to European / American / Asia Pacific Equity Derivative Market. India Equity Derivative market is at its infant stage of development hence the candidates coming from this market have knowledge of only a couple of products v/s around 50 odd highly traded products in the global market. Excellent Customer Facing Skills: Most of these roles will have a high level and very frequent interactions with the client?s client hence they need to have a high level of customer facing skills. Preferably they should have interacted with people across the globe either face to face or at least on telephones which would make it easier for them to understand clients and interaction with them would be more fruitful towards resolving issues rather than trying to understand what client is saying. Excellent English Skills: Candidates should have clear and slow speech; we can not afford to have candidates with MTI. Having said this, we are not looking for people who have an American or European Accent, all we are looking at that the candidate is able to speak neutralized, simple English with a moderate rate of speech
