Is it a crime to be single?Why is it that the when you tell someone you are single the first question they ask is:Why?What is it that people expect you you to say?I know that some people use it as an ice breaker but after a while the question get's old.Why is it so bad to be Single In The City?

Side Note:I'm starting to see that some people think that this is about me, it's not.Whenever I talk about myself I let you know.This is about any and every single person in the world who goes through this.

Side Note:The title is a little off,this isn't exactly about love but it can be.

I've been watching a lot of TV lately and I ran accross this show about male inmates.After the show went off I started to do research and found out there are a lot of men and women out there looking for a pen pal.I knew that this was around but I didn't know how many sites offered this.I feel like although some of them did some unthinkable things to get themselves in this situation,there are some out there who are actually trying to get their lives together.I think it's sad that it took a situation like this to happen to get them to consider turning their lives around,but I am also glad that some of them are considering it and may even get it done.So many people look down on these people just because they are in a different situation.We've got to stop looking at people like we are more than the next person.

So here is the question,should people take the time out of their lives to get into contact with an inmate and maybe make their day,even if it's just to become the voice of reason for them?

I was asked the other day what my defenition of love was,my response was:

Love is an emotion,a can't eat,can't sleep,I miss you like crazy feeling. Love is missing that special someone when they are just in the other room. Love is hanging up with that someone and calling back just to hear his/her voice again,love is the feeling that funny feeling that you get when he/she looks at you.

What's your defenition of love?

I know it's been a mintue since I last wrote anything but sometimes I just need to sit back and watch things that are going on around me.

Ladies have you taken a look at how the roles are changing between men and women?I remember when guys would break up with girls and then we'd sit on out bed crying to our friends.Well like I said things have changed,I got a call from my bestfriend and she was telling me about a guy and a girl that we know who broke up.I asked her "how is she taking it?" I was shocked beyond belief when she told me that HE was crying.My first reaction was he needs to man up.I took some time to think about what was really going on,it was a role reversal.He was sitting on his bed crying to his friends and she moved.But I keep asking myself: when the roles switch back?
